The drawing is the plan.
Nav drafts every job himself, in design software, from the measure and your selections. The factory builds to those drawings, and the installers fit to them.

Nav is there at every step: measuring the site, drawing the job, ordering the materials, keeping an eye on production in the factory, and visiting site to check the install. When it's right, he signs it off and it's handed over to you or your builder.
It's a big part of why most of our work comes from builders we work with again and again.
